I rarely leave reviews, but after repeated issues, I feel it’s necessary. A couple of weeks ago, I visited this McDonald’s with my family and our order was completely wrong. We ordered the bundle for 6, yet the 20 nuggets were missing, two burgers were missing, and two drinks were half full. After going back and ordering the missing items, we then had to wait over an hour to receive them. Unfortunately, tonight was no better. Using the drive-through, two drinks, three burgers, and two fries were missing from our order. We had no choice but to return via Uber, costing us an additional $20 jus

All 3 McMuffins i’ve ordered had massive pieces of eggshell in the eggs. I called to tell them and the employee was completely apathetic. 2 seperate orders on 2 seperate days. Not going to be ordering from here anymore.

I spoke with a manager refusing to give her name and when I mentioned they forgot to give part of my order, she just said “no worries you can come and get it”. She needs people skills especially if she’s a “manager.” Learn to apologise and have empathy. If someone asks for your name please don’t be defensive to give it out. After asking for the 3rd time she gave her name. Thank you Gayathri for finally giving out your name. MacDonalds, Please train up your employees to be professional.

Some nights after work I come to this McDonald’s since it’s the closest near me. Always order the same meal. Large quarter pounder meal with a cappuccino lactose milk 2 sugars served warm. Monday 16/02 around 10:00pm came through drive-thru ordered as usual but my coffee was extremely hot and fries weren’t fresh so I went back around to get it re-made. 2 cars order got took before mine after they arrived.
