Shopping centre cafe. Inside and outside seating. Good quality cafe food at over inflated prices. Eg: $28 for Cheeseburger with an extremely small serving of fries. Then on top of that you have the 15% public holiday surcharge which is understandable being that staff had to be paid at the correct rate. Then you have a 2% card payment surcharge on top of that. The portion sizes were very small in all the dishes. The chili scrambled eggs had advertised Hall Lumi. The halloumi that came with it was two pieces of Halloumi size of two small throwing dice. Thought I'd jump on and leave a review for the poor staff on Sunday! Firstly I hope the poor young blonde girl is ok.(could tell she was stressed) Mostly running the floor by herself, trying to juggle tables, running coffee and food with little to no help while other staff on the floor were either standing or sitting talking. No urgency to come and help out at all, poor performance and needs to be addressed. This used to be a great place to eat and I don’t normally write reviews but was so disappointed in the service. A friend and I ordered 2 coffees and brunch. We had waited well over 45 mins, noticed tables around us that arrived after us were getting their meals except us. Turns out our orders were never put through. We were not comped the coffees (this, is just good customer service). Unfortunately for my friend, this was not the first time an order had not been put through or completed correctly.
