I’ve been living on the Sunshine Coast for about four months now and this is easily my favorite bakery here. I’ve probably been here around 10 times already and I make sure to order the dark chocolate salted caramel tart every single visit, it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve had on the Sunny Coast! Their mocha is also well made and the croissants are flaky, soft and buttery. I’ve tried a bunch of cafés and bakeries in the area but The Pastry Lab is still my number one! I’ll definitely keep coming back 😍

We've visited the Pastry Lab three times now and each time we have not been disappointed. OMG the cakes are so devine. The cakes and pastries look amazing and taste so delicious. It's really hard to choose just one, so this time because it was my birthday, my partner and I chose 5 cakes. We ate 4 between us and took one home. The coffee is great as well. I've eaten cakes and pastries from pretty much everywhere and these are up there with the best. Highly recommend.

The pastries are unbelievable. Flaky and buttery and absolutely beautiful. Hubby is a bit of a croissant snob, and he was blown away. We’re only in the area for 2 nights but we’ll be back tomorrow!

The place is very busy. Expect waiting time in line, especially in the morning. However the pastry is exceptionally delicious and looks very elegant. The desserts we bought were full of flavour and delicious. The prices are on the higher end, but that is to be expected when you're paying for premium quality.
