I would definitely stay here again based on the service alone. The rooms were also better than other motels I've stayed at - spacious, super clean (even the carpet!) and comfy beds. The location was perfect for me as I was visiting somebody at Mackay Base hospital.

Excellent central location. Rooms are neat and tidy. Rooms did not get services possibly due to the public holidays, however this was not communicated on check-in. Bathroom is dated but well kept. There is ample parking however parking is not allocated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Quiet and peacful. Has free foxtel and wifi. I would stay here again.

Easy access to rooms, basic but clean- I was told no daily service however my towels were changed daily so- bonus if you need that. Breakfast bar but no evening meals, pool on location too.

I didn't love it. Parking is tight. Rooms are small. There were people leaving from early in the morning. Key was left in the lock box. No human contact at all.
