I recently visited Pearl and Ash and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. 7 stars for service and 6 for coffee if I could. I was trying to take a photo of the beautiful coffee and I spilled it. Pleasant lady Lin making coffee straight up said I'll make you a new one. And a staff member quickly mopped up the spill and asked me did I manage to take the photo though and we both laughed. What a pleasant encounter. I had the most amazing breakfast at Pearl & Ash in Southport! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. But the real standout? The coffee. Hands down the best I’ve had in a long time!!
