Had a really nice brunch experience at Billy’s Central in Melbourne Central. The café has a great atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a nice spot for either a quick coffee break or a full meal. I tried the ice matcha with cheese foam, which was super creamy with a nice matcha flavour, and the pink dragon smoothie was really refreshing. Excellent Experience! We had an amazing time here! The ambiance is so warm and welcoming, and the quality of both the food and the drinks was absolutely outstanding. Good food and great coffee—what else can you ask for when looking for a place for brunch? I ordered the shakshuka with chorizo and poached eggs. It came with fried chickpeas, which added an extra crispy touch to both the taste and texture. The Turkish bread was charred and soft. I had two long blacks to round off the brunch. There was only one service staff member on the floor, but she was always on hand whenever you needed anything, often keeping an eye on her customers even while busy with her work. Definitely recommend this place and will be back. Thank you guys for the great brunch! 👍

🎐 Okonomiyaki – $29 Didn’t expect to find this in Australia, and it was SO good. Loaded with seafood, lightly crispy, not greasy at all. Low-key tastes like takoyaki in pancake form 🐙 5/5. 🥞 Tiramisu Hotcakes – $29 The tiramisu cream on top is everything 🤍 The pancakes were a bit firm though — would be perfect if they were soufflé-style. 🍳 Asian Chilli Scramble – $25 Can’t go wrong with this one. Feels more like a Chinese-style omelette with spring onions — very comforting. 🍵 Matcha drinks x2 Both were solid, not too sweet.
