Their banh mi is fantastic, I love their hanoi chargrilled banh mi, the meat is just so well marinade and so meaty. Their sauce taste amazing blend nicely with everything and their banh mi loaf s always big and crispy. Lovely staff, super quick too.

First time coming here, I love it. They have Banh Mi and bowl menu, added with drinks such as Viet Coffee, tea, and pops. The crispy pork was indeed crisp, the sauce is just right, and I think it's pretty much a good deal if you're taking the value sets. The Viet Coffee is just a bit too sweet for my preference, but yeah. All Viet Coffees are sweet anyway, so that doesn't really affect my rating. Overall, I might come back here if I want another Banh Mi.

I used to come here quite often, but my recent visit was genuinely disappointing. The food quality was not as good as before, and the service felt careless and unprofessional. I specifically asked if chilli could be added, and even confirmed that I wanted it, but somehow it was still left out of my banh mi. It may seem like a small thing, but it shows a lack of attention to detail. On top of that, refusing cash payment early in the morning and forcing customers to pay by card, with a surcharge, feels very poorly prepared and unfair. Weekend surcharge on a Saturday!! Bread was slightly stale, the hoisin sauce was way too sweet and they didn’t get our order right. Other places are much better.
