IMC Steakhouse has an excellent range of steak cuts, cooked just right and served with plenty of sides to choose from. The portion sizes are generous and the meat quality is top-notch. While the mushroom sauce wasn’t my favourite—it lacked a bit of depth—the miso-glazed Brussels sprouts completely made up for it. They were perfectly caramelised, full of flavour, and easily one of the best sides I’ve had in a while. Overall, a great spot for a solid steak dinner with a few standout dishes worth coming back for.

Awesome steak, for Australian steaks priced at great value compared to others and cooked perfectly. Michael and Alice were awesome taking a reservation (they can get busy at 19 to 20) and my order perfectly (they split drinks and steak (I mean meals) orders). IMC South Townsville absolutely nailed it. The food was delicious, the service was perfect and atmosphere was peaceful. My only disappointment was the man I shared the table with. Tall, dark, and handsome? Yes. But most certainly a player who only cared about his meal (which is a credit to IMC). The staff were attentive, the food was memorable, and my dining companion provided a valuable reminder that looks aren't everything.

IMC Townsville never disappoints. The steak was absolutely spot on, cooked perfectly and full of flavour. It’s always a good sign when a steakhouse actually nails the steak, and they consistently get it right here. The rest of the food was great too, and the beers were properly cold which just tops it off. I go to IMC pretty much every time I’m in Townsville, so it’s starting to feel like my regular spot.
