Last night I was standing only a few metres away when security asked a guy to leave. He stayed calm and repeatedly asked what he’d done wrong, but the guard wouldn’t give him a reason. Another security guard even admitted he didn’t understand the decision but said there was nothing he could do about it. I was there with a group of about 20 people, and after seeing how the situation was handled, we all decided to leave. Hopefully management reviews how situations like this are handled and ensures patrons are treated with respect.

I’M THE YOUNG GUY the previous review is referring to, and honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We were there to celebrate a friend’s birthday and arrived early. I stepped outside with my drink to talk to my friend, not knowing that I wasn’t allowed to take alcohol outside. As soon as security told me, I immediately turned around and apologised. I wasn’t arguing or causing any trouble. Honestly one of the worst bar experiences I’ve had. The service was awful, staff were rude and unfriendly, and every time we ordered cocktails it felt like we were annoying them, despite paying for overpriced drinks. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and the staff genuinely looked like they hated their jobs. How hard is it to be nice or even just friendly? On top of that, the food was terrible and tasted stale. Plenty of better bars around where you can spend your money without being treated like a nuisance. Would not return.

We felt like caballitos were discriminating against us because we have a disability they served our friends alcohol drinks but they refused us as in me and my girlfriend service told as both to have a drink of water first wait 20 minutes then we will serve you a drink and my girlfriend got refused a alcoholic drink had to have water first she was 100 percent sober and I was all so 100 percent sober but i wanted a nonalcoholic drink and they still said I had to have water first and wait 20 minutes before.The female bar tender then served us and said all Australian bars under the rsa law use the
