Dropped into KFC Hervey Bay Saturday afternoon for the first time since we moved here 3 years ago. About 5 disgruntled patrons waiting on there orders. One young lady said she had been waiting for over 20 minutes. My order came in about 10 minutes. Staff member didn't ask what drinks I wanted just plonked two cans of Pepsi Max on the counter. Went hope to eat our lunch. The chips were cold and soggy. (Couldn't eat them) The chicken was horrible looked over cooked and been sitting around for hours. No serviettes or spoons to eat the potato and gravy. Will never go there again and would advise o

Around 2.30pm on a Friday. Drive through looked busy. We stopped to eat in. There was only 1 person waiting so surprised at the poor condition of the diner. Empty, dirty tables and floor. The chips were old and barely warm. Also looked like we were just given all the scraps. Wicked wings looked like they'd been reheated a few times. Original chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile. The young employee who took our order offered good customer service.

Omg tonight's episode of a quick dinner out was so stupid it's funny. We know that the 3 pack of tenders means 3 however when they are the size of you little finger then normally you get a few more....... Kfc do better

No hot and spicey at all which we only eat no prmo deals. Had to get zinger burgers not happy
