They don’t answer there phone I’ll never buy subway in Hervey bay both stores are owned by the same grubs Absolutely horrible food I won’t be back Refund not replacement Gotta be the worst subway in Australia. I'm very happy with this subway. Two lovely young girls served me tonight. Went absolutely above and beyond. They had a very clean station, Quick service, generous serving sizes and lovley to talk to. They were very thorough and welcoming. 10/10 customer service. Very relaxed and confident, thankyou Casey and ava. You are very good at your jobs. I am very pleased <3 :)

visited this Subway for the first time and, although it was very busy, the staff were extremely polite, hardworking, and professional. The level of customer service was excellent. In particular, Sapana stood out—despite the rush, she handled everything efficiently and calmly. Overall, a great experience and commendable service.

This is unacceptable behaviour I believe her name is Rashmi the manger at subway I walked in and see her screaming and yelling at the workers saying to hurry up but this lovely worker Ashleigh served me made my sub very well and very nice young lady god bless her. The other time I went there the manger Rashmi she made my sub and I opened it with everything falling out of it the sauce all over the packaging she just threw my topping on.
