A huge thank you to Poppy for all her help throughout the planning process, and to Jacob and the entire team on the night for being so helpful, accommodating, and attentive. The staff were absolutely fantastic and so many of our guests commented on how wonderful the service was. The venue was perfect for the celebration and truly helped make the night so special. We’re incredibly grateful to the whole team and highly recommend Hotel Coronation for functions and events!

The staff is very friendly, and we especially appreciated the helpful briefing upon arrival. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything. We would definitely return!
Nathan★Very disappointing experience with the hotel’s security staff. I was refused entry after presenting valid ID, with no clear explanation provided. One guard said he would check with a supervisor, but I was then denied entry by the “boss” without any valid reason—only being told to “try other venues on George Street.” The whole interaction felt arbitrary and unprofessional. Clear communication and fair treatment of patrons should be a basic expectation. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off returning.
Alan Wang★★★★★Excellent location; near the George St L1/L2/L3 lines. There is a Woolworths supermarket within 50 m. Travis is very friendly and helpful. On our checkout day, he walked us to the Uber pick up point and helped us book an Uber.
