The food was great especially the salmon ceviche, miso corn, mushroom pate (my mum couldn't get over how much flavour was packed into it!) and the steak which was so tender, honestly the best steak I've had in a while. The cocktails were lovely too, especially the earl grey lychee one. Sopran, Jackie, Ryan and Marrissa were so helpful and attentive. They truly made our night even better. However, the signature cocktails that we did try were excellent. There is an obvious attention to detail and craftsmanship here that can’t go unnoticed - not only in the cuisine and beverages, but in the intimate atmosphere of the bar.
