I had a fantastic experience for dinner at this restaurant. All the dishes have so much effort put into them and look most interesting. The flavours were most refined and balanced, with a modern Japanese vibe to them, with addition of a Peruvian accent thanks to the head chef Hector. The dessert of a Peruvian fruit and dark chocolate was a perfect blend of flavours and something I had not experienced before. I recently visited Kuro and honestly had such an incredible experience. The food and service were exceptional from start to finish. Every fish dish brought completely different, fresh, and unique flavours — you can really feel the attention to detail and quality in every bite. A special mention to Hector, the head chef, who is absolutely incredible. His passion, creativity, and love for the experience truly come through in the food and the atmosphere he creates. I would like to start out by mentioning we do not recommend this place. I highly recommend the restaurant review the waiting time of receiving food and drinks. My partner and I came here for the first time to celebrate my Birthday. We arrived for our reservation at 7:15PM and did not leave the restaurant until 9:50PM.. this place closes at 10PM. It started with us ordering the omakase course, alongside we ordered some drinks, my partner received their mocktail quite fast (because the female waitstaff made it), however my cocktail (which was being made by the bar next door) had not been deliv
