We ordered goat biryani, aloo tikki chaat, haryali paneer, and tandoori roti for takeaway. The tandoori roti wasn’t very fresh, and the haryali paneer tasted quite bitter. However, when we shared our feedback, the restaurant handled it very professionally. They promptly offered a replacement and delivered fresh naan along with paneer butter masala, which was absolutely delicious. We truly appreciated how seriously they took our feedback and how quickly they resolved the issue. The food, ambience, and especially the customer service were excellent. I ordered dinner takeaway from this restaurant today, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The Malai Chicken was one of the worst chicken dishes I have ever had. The chicken seemed undercooked, had an unpleasant smell, and was overloaded with cheese to the point that it completely ruined the dish. The taste and texture were extremely unappetizing, and it ended up spoiling my entire dinner. I was really looking forward to the meal, but this was far below expectations. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and consistency.
