Food doesn't look fresh, taste also like last night. The environment at 10 am look at the atmosphere in this shop, I uploaded. Each and every side of this store is unhygienic. The toodlers high chair was as well yuck!! Omg! Is this Australia?!!! In this area no food inspectors looks like.. disgusting, yucky surrounding you having chicken like yummy feelings!!!🤬🤮🤮

Worst store with food always overcooked. I have never ever got fresh food from this store. This was my sixth visit. I don’t think KFC is taking the feedback from all the post seriously . The burger was really bad, overcooked and fries were soggy. How can they sell something to customer. I wonder if the staff has ever tried to eat their burgers.

The worst KFC Chicken I have ever eaten and the worst customer service ever. The outer layer of the chicken was soggy and oily, I raised my concerns with the manager, there was no apology or professionalism shown. I was told “it’s because it’s a new flour,” which didn’t properly address the issue at all. Customers expect clean food preparation and respectful customer service. I hope this store improves its standards. I am very disappointed this would be the first and last time that I visit to Tarneit North KFC.

Are they seriously expecting us to eat this chicken or better yet feed our kids. Third is honestly the first time I was ever served this bad chicken. Burnt and dripping with oil. The coating was so oily it has fallen off the chicken even before had opened the box. We requested a full refund and was happy to return the food but they asked me keep the food and they will do the refund. I m guessing the oils haven’t been changed , looked like they were cooked in old bad oil. Bathe manager should be held responsible for serving food like this. It s common sense , no one can eat this kind of food.
