“Great place, great service, great workers, great food!”

We ordered pasta around 5pm and ate it within 45 minutes. The food was clearly spoiled. It had a very bad smell and an off taste. My wife ate a small portion and ended up with a stomach upset. When I contacted the manager and asked him to come to our location in Tarneit and check the food himself, he refused. He also clearly said he would not provide any refund and told us to do whatever we want. This is extremely disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective. I have lodged an official complaint with the council. Would not recommend at all.

This review is for one of their employee name Mohammad and for their new Butter paneer pizza. Pizza was really good, rich in flavours suggested by Mohammad and the key point is the customer service my Mohammad is very appreciative. We ordered pizzas many times before from this store in Tarneit but never got this kind of friendly, politeness and helpful in customer service. It feels really good and appreciated that he made our day with such good words. Tabraban Pizza never disappoints! Their pizzas are fresh, loaded with flavor, and cooked to perfection. I tried a few options, but the Peri Peri Pizza is definitely the winner spicy, cheesy, and bursting with taste. Easily one of the best pizzas I have had in a while. Highly recommended if you are a true pizza lover! 🙌🔥
