I wish I could give 0 rating. The whole point and moto of subway is getting customised order. I went to this Subway today and it was the worst one I have been to. I asked for cheese toast and instead of garlic aioli, I asked for spicy mayo. The staff- Mehak was extremely rude and said she wont do it. Every single subway in Australia does it but the lady rudely declined. And then when she did say yes to the other staff, she literally put so little that it tasted like dry bread. Very disappointed with the service at this Subway store today. I ordered a garlic bread and politely asked for sauces, salt, and pepper like I always get from other visits, but the staff completely refused for no clear reason. Even after asking nicely multiple times, they were unhelpful and rude. When I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the item without any sauces, the staff started laughing at me instead of handling the situation professionally. They also took a very long time to process the refund, which left me with no option but to just take the garlic bread since I had alread

Ordered 2 footlong subs from this store. Specifically mentioned it needs to be toasted but when I got my order the whole was so cold. Called to make a complaint and the lady o spoke with was so rude and instead of accepting it’s a genuine mistake or whatever she just kept arguing with me. I sent her picture of sub and she refused to pick up my call after that. Never ever going back to this store.
