Lovely cafe with a fun small menu, but well executed. The atmosphere was lovely on a bright Saturday morning and great for people watching. Service was good as we were sat right up front of the door. Lots of outdoor seating and indoor. The chili eggs were tasty but l felt left it lacked a bit of heat from the chili, it’s more on the sweet/mild side. The Peruvian chicken burger was packed with flavor and absolutely a top notch dish, highly recommend this for lunch. Coming back for this. Cafe is busy on weekends so you expect a delay with your order. Would be ideal if there were enough ingredients in the kitchen as two meals had to be change due to no ingredients available. Value for money 6.5/10, you could do better than one piece of bacon for $5 to improve value for money too.

Service was average (very slow to start, husband got up to get the menus twice due to the lady saying it was table service then waiting another 10minutes for her to come out) but then improved for the rest of our time there. Food was okay, nothing special. The kicker was at the end with the automatic 10% weekend service charge - we are not in Sydney where that's normally a Sunday thing and the food/service wasn't even that great to pay the extra.

This is the second time I've been to Talulah in as many weeks, and I came back for the same dish. As I was seated, I was told that the new spring menu had just been released, so I was immediately disappointed. But little did I know that the chilli scrambled eggs I wanted, were still on the menu, but only better. I was skeptical because you can't improve on perfection. How wrong I was. The new chilli scramble now has even more flavour and a delightfully sweet drizzle. Incredible. I paired breakfast with a good coffee before the eggs, and a watermelon frappe with the meal.
