I just wanted to share a really positive experience I had at McDonald’s the other day. I had actually gone to KFC first as a bit of a treat for myself, but I was disappointed with the condition of the store. It didn’t feel very clean or welcoming, so I decided to walk across to McDonald’s instead. As soon as I walked in, the difference was immediately noticeable. The restaurant was absolutely spotless — it looked incredibly well maintained and inviting. It honestly felt like you could almost eat off the floor! Last night was the worst McDonalds meal I've had in my life. Rubbery, dry, old, thin nuggets. Warm, dry, old shrivelled fries. Craziest slap job of a quarter pounder I've seen, and the container had brown watery residue in the inside? So gross.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up from McDonalds last night. One girls arrived after me, but they received their orders before me. The line was very long, and the staff member was only serving customers in the first lane while completely ignoring me. When I asked about my order, she told me to wait another 15–20 minutes. I would not recommend placing online orders here. Totally time wasted, poor customer service, and no proper communication. Very disappointing experience.
