Every time I go to McDonald's erindale through the take away Windows my food is barely warm. Is the food sitting too long. How hard is it to get hot food from this McDonald's. I spent $18 on food barely warm. Not acceptable any time let alone every time. Once per week on my way home.

Absolutely terrible experience. We went through the drive-thru and were told to wait in the waiting bay, which is already frustrating, but we figured it wouldn’t be long. Instead, we sat there for 20 minutes with no update, no communication, nothing. Eventually, we had to go inside ourselves just to ask what was going on—only to be told that our order hadn’t even been made yet. After all that waiting, when we finally got our food, it was cold. I visit this location twice a week, but today was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered dinner via table service and waited 20 minutes. When I followed up, the staff seemed completely lost looking at my order number. After finally handing me my food, a burger was missing. When I pointed this out, the employee told me she didn't know how long it would take to make it, then immediately turned around to hug a colleague instead of solving the issue. When I requested a refund because I had to leave, the manager was incredibly rude. Without an apology or any attempt to understand
