We've had Gami Chicken at this location for the third time. The space of each visit has always been of almost a year of more in between, and that has been because the first experience was ok, second one terrible, and the third one very average. We wanted to avoid disappointment, thinking it was a matter of just bad luck the second time, but this third time my family and I definitely not very eager to come back any soon. I'm the type of prefer to leave a note to the manager if my experience has been bad or have a quick word to the staff before leaving a bad review. On our first visit around

We came on a busy Friday dinner. The place looked packed. The food was good, good beer as well. Our pancake was a bit disappointing though... It wasnt as crispy as I'd like it to be and it took a while before it was served. The chicken was great! So was the japchae!

Popped in for a quick lunch after an outing nearby. We love Korean food so we’re keen to try some dishes. Service was prompt and efficient although our robot waiter left the table before we had removed all dishes. The place was clean and everything was straighyforward. I was hoping to have the Gami Bowl which was on the takeaway menu but not the eat in menu. We ordered via QR code and I couldn’t find it. Next time I should ask!! We paid around $70 for 3 adults. We were all full and well hydrated by the time we left.

We visited this restaurant today. I was a bit sceptical about Korean cuisine but my son and wife were all for this. The service was fast, the staff polite. The food was served by a robot which was a new experience for us! The food was hot, fresh and tasty, though a bit spicy. But definitely tasty. The portion size is a bit on the larger side. We'd have liked interaction with the wait staff while ordering. But they expect you to scan and order OR order at the counter - so no information of the portion size.
