We went to Rosana on Friday night with a group of 10. The venue itself is beautiful and has a really lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service really let the experience down. While we understand delays can happen when a restaurant is busy, it wasn’t particularly packed and we were still waiting close to half an hour for drinks on multiple occasions. At times, we had to go up to the bar ourselves to either collect our drinks or place orders because our table wasn’t being attended to regularly. Shoutout to Jude the amazing bartender! 🍸 He made me a special espresso martini using his very own recipe, and it was absolutely delicious! You could tell he was proud of it, and rightly so! Loved seeing his face light up when I ordered it. Thank you, Jude, for the passion and flavour!

Great location. Beautiful views. Food is so off. Honestly their ravioli was dipped in oil as if I'm drinking oil. Calamri was so off. Sandwich was as if made by a teenage kid,may be they make better. Considering there are multiple good cafe around this hotel, but are we just paying for food to have good views only? Menu is very limited.

Beautiful view of Werribee and surrounds. The view is worth the visit up to the Holiday Inn! Food is not amazing in comparison to the many gorgeous and diverse restaurants along Watton street. I tried the Linguini Zucchini Aglio e Olio which was lacking flavour for me. Partner said the steak was okay. Lovely wedges though! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prices are on the high side ( mains were $28 -$42 each).
