I placed an order with Donna Bianca Pizzeria via Foodora, but they cancelled it after I paid and told me to order elsewhere. I still haven’t received my refund, and their customer service is unhelpful. This is completely unacceptable.

12 years ago i just gave 3 stars but i don't remember why, probably my rating system was different then, because when friends asked about pizza im the area, i recommended donna diana. lived in the area for years and Donna Diana always a reliable pizza deliverer. got a pizza to go some weeks ago and it was delicious. today i went again and ate at the restaurant. the price/quality ratio is very good. prices haven't changed for years. sitting in the outside area is quite loud because it's next to the stresst, but Service is friendly and fast.

Great, great quality pizza's out the 'holzofen'. Cheap prices and very friendly service. The interior was old fashioned but that's the only minus. We came back a 2nd time. From Park Royal Palace Vienna Hotel it was a short walk down the road.
