Mo Chahrour★★★★As someone who builds trips to cities based on where Hard rock cafe is, I think this hard rock had great food and service but the atmosphere itself didn't give us Hard rock style vibes. Maybe the second floor that was closed would be better decorated, but it was closed. Also, the restaurant was very very hot with only fans working and no AC while it was 32 degrees outside. Finally, food and service were perfect! Artim took really good care of us and was extremely friendly, and also the whole staff were very nice and welcoming. Thank you hard rock for making our trip better!

It is a two store restaurant with great interior. The personnel were all kind, smiling and did a fantastic job, running around, up and down. Serving was fast and the food was freshly made, delicious and decent portions. I fully recommend it to try. Card payment is accepted and the staff can speak English.

Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. In Singapore, the bay back ribs are so so tender. You don’t even need a knife. It just falls off the bone. Over here, the meat was dry and stuck to the bones, which was a disappointment.
