We discovered The Bell Pub completely by accident, it was right next to our apartment, and we only noticed it on our last night in Vienna. I’m really glad we went, because the atmosphere was great. The lights were dim, the vibe was cozy, and even though the music was just radio, it wasn’t loud, so you could actually talk. We were sat in a small booth, which was great because there was only 2 of us, so we had a lot of space. We had beer, which was good, and I ordered the bacon and cheese burger. Over-rated food Went here for the wienerschnitzel and ribs after reading the reviews. Were unfortunately disappointed. Schnitzel was dry and tough, ribs were bland and dry. Service was okay, but nothing by extraordinary. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy interior. If you want to go have a beer and hangout it’s great, but maybe not if you want to eat delicious food. At least that’s our opinion.
