We visited family in Vienna recently, staying in the 7th and 8th Districts, both adjacent Cafe Hummel, which we frequented often on the three weeks we were there. Each occasion was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is great, the staff are wonderful and the food & drink divine. Thanks to everyone at Cafe Hummel for a wonderful time on each visit. If only there was something like this in Australia. Thoroughly recommend and we will be back the next time we come to Vienna to visit our daughter.

Café Restaurant Hummel is a traditional Wiener Café house, located in the eight district of Vienna city, popular destinations very good places with friends, last time we went there just Tee time, always nice to sit there, sweet was very good 👍

Service was fine with greetings and prompt service. Food not so… I think the “restaurant” can do better even in terms of the quality of the food and presentation for a single portion. There were a fruit fly followed by and a fly so I questioned the hygiene that comes with the refined atmosphere.

What a bee-utiful little cafe. Came here for a breakfast and the vibes are immaculate. Do note that it is an Austrian tradition to spend a long time enjoying coffee/food while having long conversations. The service staff are helpful and hilarious, tho not all speak English (there is an English menu). The food also was so very lovely, and I enjoyed sitting outside while sipping my coffee. Will be back soon!
