Outstanding traditional Austrian cuisine with the highest quality ingredients sourced from local sources and prepared to superior standards. The Chocolate Beer Goulash is the best I’ve ever had and made in house lemonade was a home run. The Kaiserschmarnn is the only example I have found in the city that appears traditionally cooked, having a special fluffy and delicate texture (instead of a cake texture like other places). Service is also outstanding as is the beautiful feel and atmosphere of the restaurant. 575 Sagmeister is a must visit when in Vienna!

That a top tip! We were seated outside (according to the late summer temperatures) in a very cozy atmosphere! The staff and service - outstanding! Super friendly, quick and communicative! The food - incredible! I think this must have been one of the best vegetarian/ vegan food I’ve tried! The tartare was just stunning, very complex and rich in taste, meat was not missed at all! Also the melon, very tasty! The braised eggplant was great and so were the meat dishes, especially the chocolate beer gulasch! To top it all off, this was probably the single best Kaiserachmarren I’ve ever had! Sim
