I dropped into the Blaue Bar at Hotel Sacher for a nightcap because of its legendary reputation as one of Vienna's most elegant, intimate spots. I ordered "The Sacher Cocktail," a liquid tribute to the hotel’s famous cake that balances rich chocolate and apricot notes perfectly. The room is stunning, drenched in deep blue brocade and lit by glowing crystal chandeliers, making you feel like you’ve stepped into a private, imperial-era parlor. I’d absolutely return for the sophisticated, old-world glamour.
