We stopped by for takeaway coffee and cake. What should have been a simple 5-minute stop turned into one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I've had. The staff were rude from the start, spoke to us in an unfriendly tone, and even raised their voices. When we sat down for a few minutes to eat our cakes before leaving, we were told aggressively that because we ordered takeaway, we had to leave immediately. It wasn't about the policy—it was the way we were treated. A little courtesy goes a long way. After reading the other reviews, our experience unfortunately doesn't seem uniq

We went during the busiest time, on December 31st around 11 PM. We received a very warm welcome, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the cake was not very delicious, but this might have been due to the New Year rush. We don’t want to judge the entire menu based on that experience.

A pretty café located just outside St. Stephen’s Cathedral. We sat at one of the outdoor tables for an afternoon coffee and some people-watching. We ordered coffee and ice cream; the food was just okay, but the experience was lovely thanks to the great views and location. Service was a bit slow, probably because they were understaffed and it was quite busy during the weekend. Overall, still a nice and enjoyable experience for me and my family.
