Visited Roadside Kitchen Chittagong today with my family for dinner, and we had a wonderful experience. The interior and ambiance are absolutely beautiful, creating a cozy and modern atmosphere that’s perfect for family gatherings. They have little kidz zone and separate smoking zone also. We ordered a platter that included grilled chicken, chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, chicken with vegetables in white sauce, and crispy potato wedges. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and flavorful, and everything was served nicely. The staff were polite, and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. If you’re looking for a nice family-friendly restaurant with a great ambiance and delicious food in Chattogram, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

We recently visited the newly opened Roadside Kitchen, and overall it was a wonderful and satisfying experience 😊. We ordered their 1299 platter (discounted), and the variety and quantity were truly impressive. The platter included ramen 🍜, momos 🥟, chicken rolls 🌯, fried rice 🍚, chilli chicken 🌶️🍗, fresh salad 🥗, and what really enhanced the beauty of the serving were the two beautifully prepared omelettes placed on top of the rice 🍳😍. The presentation was eye-catching and made the platter look even more tempting. The food quality was excellent ; fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked 👌. Each item had its own distinct taste, showing great attention to detail in the kitchen. The serving style was neat and appealing, especially for a newly opened place. ​I visited this place based on the buzz, but unfortunately, it turned out to be completely overhyped. ​The Food: Majorly disappointing. The fried rice was the only saving grace of the night—well-flavored and cooked perfectly. However, the fried chicken was severely overcooked and dried out. The soup was also a letdown; instead of a proper broth, it had an overly thick, sauce-like consistency. The rest of the items we ordered suffered from the same lack of quality. ​The Service: Entirely average. It wasn’t terrible, but it was completely unremarkable and slow considering the price point. ​The Atmosphere: Extremely crowded and noisy. If you are looking for a comfortable or relaxing dining experience, this isn't it.

We ordered smoky grill platter. The waiter was extremely rude and was rolling eyes while taking order. They took payment first (very rudely asked for it) - Barely any of their drinks were available. As of soft drinks, they just have mojo and wont even bother to provide other options. They wont even let you bring drinks from outside. - We were served old and cold food. Later asked them to replace, they replaced it. - The grill chicken smelled of shorisha only, no other taste or smell. - They put cold coil underneath the soup after asking for a warming option. - The managers kept walking around our head whole time with no smile on their face as if we went in an exam hall or were about to steal anything. Completely ZERO sense hospitality. - We found hair in our food, none of us had such small hair that we could suspect its ours. - The rice was a mixture of cooked and uncooked rice (as colour difference shown in picture) - The waiter came to give us our packed food and dropped used tissue

I really liked the decoration and atmosphere. kids friendly .However, the table was not cleaned properly, and we were asked to pay the bill before eating, which felt unusual. The food arrived, but our cold drinks were delayed for about 10 minutes and we had to ask twice. They were also served without straws. then ask again,The rice and curry were okay, but the cheese chicken had an unpleasant smell. Another thing I noticed was that no waiter or manager asked about the food after serving, which is usually a basic part of restaurant service. Also, the potato wedges included in the set menu were missing. My friend later contacted their facebook page, and although the team called back and offered to provide them, it took about 30 minutes to receive them even though the restaurant was not busy. With better service, staff training, and attention to small details,this restaurant can become much better. Thank you.
