I think this is the oldest Chinese restaurant in Rangpur.We had difficulties to find their location when we first went.It's located in beside City Corporation Rangpur,Raja Rammohan Market.Since its a old market there is no lift, you have to use old stair case to go there.The waiter told me this restaurant was established in 1998.That means they are serving for more than 27 years.It's absolutely amazing.From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the calm and elegant environment. The ambiance is perfect.But lighting was few.Atmosphere was calm although. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Beef Masala,Special Fried Rice, Wanton,Fried Chicken. Best chinese restaurant in Rangpur. I used to live in Rangpur and I was a regular customer here. Prawn masala fried rice is my favorite dish here. In a 1:2 prawn fried rice dish, you will find around 20+ prawn which is exceptional. Amount is just right for two person. The place is beautifully decorated, quiet, clean and family friendly. It's an excellent restaurant with high quality food. At Cicily, I ate mushroom soup for my starters and fried rice with crispy fried chicken. It was delicious! There was also a good variety of sauces and salads. The location of Cicily is ideal as it's located in North View Hotel Rangpur. After I finished eating, I took the lift up to the roof of the hotel where you can see the whole view of Rangpur city! The waiters were also very kind and professional. I enjoyed going to Cicily and would hope to go there inshallah.
