Order delayed over 2 hours and still not delivered. It is clear that I will not receive it at all. Chaotic service, completely unprofessional and total disrespect towards the customer. You show false delivery times in the app and abandon orders with no responsibility. One of the worst experiences possible.

For a cuppa tea, it was good. I enjoyed the spicy chicken burger too. On a monday it was a good chouce as lots of restaurants were closed.

There are a lot of people here today, really busy, and yet, my huge order came out in record time, and everything was right - no ice in the cola and such. I ordered to dine in but had some items to take with me - I asked for a bag and got one right away. One waiter was really friendly, another less, but all in all a positive experience.
