Tyr M★★★★A wonderfully delicious breakfast and brunch restaurant near the center of Bruges. The menu focuses on fresh ingredients and was far more inventive than some of the other restaurants we visited during our week in the city. The service was efficient and friendly and most servers spoke a multitude of languages and were able to help and communicate with different guests. The coffee and matcha drinks were very good but the real star of the menu was their hollandaise sauce. Silky and smooth and with a perfect consistency and flavor. Would definitely recommend this to other travelers.

As a family of 5, it was really nice to stumble across this really welcoming restaurant that caters to all ages. They have a well thought out, extensive menu with something for everyone. Each of us ordered something different, and they were all delicious. I had the apple pancakes with cinnamon and mascarpone, and it was 10/10. Coffee is also really good. Staff are particularly nice and very helpful towards families with small children.
