Tonka Cafe in Bruges is a must-visit, no debate. Cozy ambience, exceptional food, clearly a chef who knows what they're doing. What made it special was the guy working the floor; he'd briefly walk you through the dishes in a way that felt natural, not like a lecture. We discovered Tonka Tearoom thanks to Google Reviews while searching for a breakfast spot, though we arrived a bit too late for the morning menu. But we were so glad we stayed. The space has a modern, clean vibe, and the team made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our waiter, Mike ,was friendly, relaxed, and up for some light-hearted banter, which really added to the experience. He’s a local and a part owner of the place. The quiche was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. To top it off, we were treated to a bonus Tonka dessert, which was such a love
