A wonderful little spot for a proper coffee break. The coffee was excellent - aromatic, well-balanced, and clearly prepared with care rather than routine. Exactly what you hope to find when you sit down to relax for a few minutes. The service was equally pleasant. Friendly, welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, making the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Simple, warm and enjoyable - a place you happily return to.

We went here on a nice and sunny day when shops were open. We sat outside at a nice table where it was fun to look at the people walking by, while just chilling in the sun. A lady took or order and I asked for a yoghurt from a picture on google. The glass with yoghurt/cherries/banana/etc. was brought by Jerina and was exactly the taste that I had hoped for. The other part of the order was excellent as well. I paid inside with Jerina and I must say that all personnel was lovely to chat with. If I ever go back to Kortrijk, I will definitely go back to Kaffee Renée…
