ignore the bad comments (please make up your own mind after coming) we had a great experience here, the waiters or staff weren't rude as the comments suggested. they were kind & did their jobs well. they did seem very young & a tad bit shy, which some people may perceive as being rude or dismissive all in all, would come here again when i visit leuven

We chose this bar purely for it's great location, without checking out reviews online. There were 3 of us, 2 had a club sandwich, the other a croque monsieur and frites. Apparently the club sandwiches were okay but the rating reflects the fact that the croque monsieur was made with stale bread/toast, completely tasteless cheese and ham and was barely edible. The frites (which did not come out with the food order, but after, following prompting) were also tasteless and frozen. Service fell well below our expectations . Disgusting service! Avoid this place!Worst experience ever. We were a group of 4; three of us ordered drinks, and my wife and I were already drinking beverages from this shop. Our daughter was just sitting with us waiting, but two waiters rudely ordered her to leave just because she hadn't ordered a drink for herself. The place was over half empty! Expensive but zero-star food and service. Rude staff, total disaster. Don't waste your time! 0/5.

Worst experience EVER! The guy grabbed the menu out of my hand and threw it on the table next to us. Then another guy was so rude when my mom asked about their food and when asked if they have a picture because she ate it yesterday and couldn’t remember the name. He rolled his eyes and said don’t YOU have internet. Then when I told him he is rude he starting making horrible comments. By the look of all these comments you should just close your doors and perhaps go into another profession.
