Walter Bistro is a hidden gem located on Fleury Street. First impressions are mostly positive. Service was impeccable and the food was solid. I started with a fried halloumi salad and then had the pizza, both dishes were good. My wife had the arugula salad with chicken. My friend had the French onion soup and burger. I would recommend Walter Bistro, I wouldn’t have people rushing there but it’s a good option on any given night.

Very nice find. We were looking for a RSVP last minute in the area and found this gem of a place Food was very good my safe had the bavette which were grilled to perfection and I had the St. Louis rib which was falling form the bone Ambiance was nice and they have a well stock bar.Desert menu was unique ask for it and you will see...Tried one of their drinks gin with basil which was phenomenal will recommend and be back

I have tried a few restaurants in the north of Montreal and I can confidently say that this is one of the best. I was surprised by the affordable prices, the food is really good and the service is just perfect. A great plus is that later at night there are some empty tables so you can always arrive without a reservation. I have been there twice and I'm sure I'll be back again. Keep up the good work Walter Bistro!

Everything was perfect! The most friendly helpful service! We shared a fun shot with our waitress. The calamari was good, tuna tataki salad excellent, very good poutine, the burger so surprisingly amazing, the thai pasta was also perfectly done. We had the lava cake for dessert and it was so warm and good. Will be coming back.
