The ice cream is delicious, it's always a treat to stop by with the family, especially on a warm day. However, the atmosphere could be more welcoming for everyone. The background audio often features religious content that may not be comfortable or appropriate for a public space. A more neutral and relaxing environment would improve the overall customer experience.

We got there at 8:30, half an hour before closing and the marble slab was already turned off. So we ended up paying $18 for two tiny scoops of ice cream with one topping not mixed in. It was a waste of money and disappointing. And i remember why I stopped going there for so long.

Service was ok, with only 1 person working, service was slow, staff member was ok, she was probably stretched and stressed having to handle the entire store. We went as a family and with 4 orders and 2 other people waiting, she was completely flustered. Ice cream was ok not wow! For the almost $40 we paid it was not worth it. What I did not understand was-its a commercial food establishment and they were playing the Kirtan or Paath (Sikh scriptures) For a moment I had to think if I was in a commercial food establishment/business or a Gurdwara.
