Not a bad tims (food wise) but the workers here are not friendly at all and really rude. Every time I visit, the workers at the drive-thru just shove the POS machine in my face; no hello, no thank you. I visited today, and the girl at the drive-thru around 4:40 PM didn't say a word. I even had to ask how much my order was, and after saying "have a good day," she didn't respond and closed the window. I try to have grace because I know it can be busy, but it doesn't hurt to be kind to others. Its sad how horrible the customer service at Tims is these days.

I made a mobile order 11pm knowing that I would arrive at approximately 11:30/45 from work. I did it the first time and my order wasn’t ready. I said to myself let me order at 10:45pm knowing that I would arrive at 11:30, still not ready. We went through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons to order two breakfast sandwiches, we repeated our order three times and we were even told back our order and when we picked it up our bacon egg and cheese had no bacon so I had to take it inside and let them know that bacon was missing from our sandwiches the lady said to me well we weren't charged for bacon. well I'm sorry you repeated my order and on top of that we repeated it three times on what we wanted she turned around and said okay she'll make us new sandwiches but she'll have to charge me for bacon. Customers service is absolutely horrible. I went April 29th and ordered a few items and 2 muffins. When we left I realized the muffins were missing. This is the second time this is happening. I went back today to inform them that the muffins were missing. The women at the window said that she remember she gave me the muffins. I told her that's incorrect but she keep pressing that she gave it. Why would I lie for 2 muffins. She replace the muffins. A simple sorry would have been okay. I was at the drive thru at 11:15am. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed with the way she handle
