Had a great experience at Tim Hortons today! Belle at the drive-thru was incredibly friendly, patient, and made my morning so much better with her positive attitude and excellent customer service. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. I also want to recognize the manager, Kay, for running such a welcoming and efficient store. The team was organized, fast, and professional. It’s always nice to visit a location where the staff clearly work well together and create a great atmosphere. Thank you, Belle and Kay, for the amazing service — keep up the great work!

Not here to complaint about the entire staff, but I think it's a basic courtesy to say back a thank you and greet the customer. The lady who assisted me gave me such a strange look and never even bothered to say back a thank you even when I particularly said her a thank you. I believe it needs to change. I really wish I could mention her name, but I wouldn't want to. Just a note to the manager kindly teach the staff to smile or greet the customer it's a everyday basic manners. With all due respect. Thank you.

I’m disappointed with the service speed at this Tim Hortons location. There was a significant lineup inside, and I waited over five minutes just for a coffee, which is not acceptable for a quick-service establishment. It’s clear that the store is understaffed during busy periods—adding at least one more employee would greatly improve efficiency and customer experience. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

Visited Tim Hortons today (Wednesday, June 10, 2026) at approximately 10:00 PM. I ordered a Timbit Firework pack but was given regular Timbits instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the lady staff was rude and argued that this is what customers receive when they order Timbit Firework. Rather than checking the order or trying to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Very disappointing customer service and not the experience I expected. I hope management addresses both the staff attitude and order accuracy.
