Had a great experience at Taj Bistro! The food was fresh, flavourful, and comforting. The chicken tikka masala with butter naan and the chicken biryani were standout dishes, and the lassi drinks were so good. Definitely worth checking out in Barrie!

I visited Taj Bistro and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We ordered noodles, Manchurian, chicken tikka, and a veg platter. The chicken tikka was just okay—it seemed properly cooked but lacked flavor and didn’t stand out in taste. The bigger issue was with the rest of the food. The noodles, Manchurian, and veg platter all tasted old and stale, and they were not cooked properly. The quality and freshness were clearly missing, which made the meal unenjoyable. This is very disappointing to get different tastes of the same thing on multiple visits. Ordered Kaju Masala but was extremely tangy. Shahi Paneer was very dry. Ordered kachori Chaat but was not available so switched to Samosa Chaat which was good though. Lacha Paratha were little bit underdone. Happy with the alphonso Chilli and milkshakes

I have given 2 stars for the service . The chicken handi that i ordered had chewy pcs of chicken breast in it . The menu claims to be slow cooked chicken and i asumed it was going to be boned chicken .. it was boneless chicken whoch was cooked too long and was dry and chewy . The garlic nan (1 nan for $ 6.99) was extrmemly oily and extremely garlicky. The ras malai was very good but served ina. Broken bowl. That was a turn off. Was really looking forward to some nice indian food and this was definitely a disappointment.
