I've never written a review for Tim Hortons before, but this location has to be the worst I've visited. Orders are consistently incorrect, whether it's food or drinks. The customer service is poor, staff members are often rude, and there seems to be zero accountability when mistakes are made. In my most recent experience, I was served the wrong food and, when I called to address the issue, I was told it wasn't possible because they had been out of that item for over an hour. Later, I received a call claiming that surveillance footage had been reviewed and that they prepared the item I ordered

The staff are unbelievable when it comes to customer service. always serving me, smiling and cracking jokes while making my drinks and food correctly. The business is always kept clean and well-maintained. Be it morning or evening, everyone working there is incredible, and I hope more people can recognize it.

The whole experience whenever i come to this specific Tim Hortons is incredible . The staff are friendly and determined to provide excellent and out of this world service, any drink i buy is made perfectly and the food (especially breakfast) is just right. If there is ever a line up in the store front or drive thru i closely observe how deligent and fast paced the service is while always wearing a smile.

So everytime that I have came through this drive thru, and order a coffee or stepped tea, and toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese and I open my bagel up to eat it it's dry no cream cheese so can you staff at this location explain to me the customer why am I paying $3.45 for a plain bagel? I'm paying for cream cheese sonic can see it and taste it.. this is RIDICULOUS and theft if ya will. Terrible location
