The Italian Bakery is well worth visiting. They have cakes, donuts, sandwiches, deli meats, cheeses, cookies, bread, and many other in-store made items. Their donuts are especially good, and they also had a day-old rack with dropped prices. I am never disappointed when stopping into the Italian Bakery:)

Downtown location had to shut down, but fortunately we still have this location doing their thing! Awesome sandwiches, delicious doughnuts, cakes and pastries, excellent customer service and great prices! One of my favourite joints for a quick bite and tasty sweets! All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but I absolutely love when Caroline is on shift because she’s always happy and makes me the best sandwiches ever!

This morning I had an unfortunate incident that makes me feel unwelcome to come back. I had my espresso and this employee approached my table asking where did I parked my car, what car I'm driving; and she pretended not to hear/understand my answers, I had to repeat twice evething for her. I had to leave my unfinished espresso and move my car from the parking lot (where was no sign when I arrived) because they had a delivery. Person couldn't spend 5 minuts planning ahead the delivery but feel free to spend my time, making me feel uncomfortable and drink my espresso cold. Even on the parking

I ordered a cake online and asked them to draw a bear on there as its for a babyshower. I put pretty specific notes and provided my number if they had any questions. When I went to pick up the cake there was nothing on there but two flowers. The girl behind the register was very kind and tried her best to make it right. When I spoke to the manager she indicated they dont do custom cakes- so not sure why there is a space on the site to write information. Cake tasted delicious as always just disappointing when the company doesn't care.
