First and last time trying tim hortons. The experience was so utterly pathetic I’m not even going to waste my time describing the cacophony of incompetence. Clearly this chain has no sense of respect for customer satisfaction. And in regard to the auto response about how you would love to speak further with me about this- no thanks. Glad I don’t ever have to have any interaction with tim hortons again.

We had a very poor experience at this location. Our group of five ordered at 1:30 PM on May 24, 2026. We ordered four wraps: two Chicken Cilantro Loaded Wraps and two Veggie Loaded Wraps. We also ordered two Iced Mocha Lattes, one without ice. Unfortunately, none of the wraps contained any sauce, and they were not clearly marked as either veggie or chicken. After requesting that they let us know about the order, they opened all the wraps and didn't wrap them again. Additionally, they gave us potato wedges that I suspect were from another order. I highly recommend this Tim Hortons! First of all, it is big and clean. Then, the stuff is very welcoming, friendly and understanding. My little son is lactose intolerant and he doesn’t like eggs. Without hesitation, these guys accepted to replace the cheese and egg in his sandwich by another Hashbrown inside his sandwich and made sure no diary products touch his sandwich. Thank you very much!
