I was really disappointed with this pizza. It was clearly undercooked and tasted raw from the inside. The dough was soft and sticky instead of being properly baked and crispy, which completely ruined the experience. Even the toppings didn’t feel right because everything seemed unevenly cooked. A good pizza should have a well-baked crust and balanced flavors, but this one missed the basics. It honestly felt like it was taken out of the oven too early. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. I hope they improve their cooking standards because serving undercooked food is not acceptab

Extremely disappointed with City Pizza. The pizza arrived completely undercooked — dough was raw in the middle and the cheese wasn’t melted. It was basically inedible and I was starving.When I called them about it, they told me they were “closing in 10 minutes” and said to just take the pizza from outside. No offer to replace it, no apology, nothing. For a food business that’s closing, leaving a raw pizza outside for pickup is not acceptable. If you care about getting hot, cooked food and basic customer service, I’d avoid this place. Waste of money and time. I won’t be ordering again.

Very disappointed with the service. We ordered a large pizza for home delivery, but the pizza arrived undercooked. The dough was raw and the pizza was not properly baked at all. After calling the store to complain, instead of handling the situation professionally, they made another pizza and left it outside the store, telling us they could not deliver it again and that we had to come pick it up ourselves. Worst pizza experience I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was clearly undercooked — the base was soft, doughy, and almost raw in the center. It didn’t feel safe or enjoyable to eat at all. It’s frustrating to pay for food and receive something that hasn’t even been properly prepared. This shows a lack of quality control and care for customers. Very disappointing. I won’t be ordering again.
