The food is great and the portions are huge, but I am disappointed that they now charge a service fee for paying debit. I was originally going to pay with cash, but when I decided to pay debit I was not told but there was an extra custom charge added to my order, I did not notice until I checked my e-receipt after the fact at home. I understand paying HST, but an additional service charge is disappointing. I will remember to bring cash next time I visit.

Gators fries and their squeaky cheese have a special place in my heart. So special, they were a must to be at our wedding Sept 2024. They were incredible! They started their generator after our ceremony, as requested, to help reduce noise, and were able to serve all of our guests. We absolutely love their poutine!! Amanda is the best, and we'll continue our tradition of having their poutine every year

Gross poutine no flavour not even salt maybe they market to senior citizens never heard of a poutine being not salty. First time I ever barely finished a poutine in my life, The curd was mediocre the gravy half of it was dry. was flavourless the portion of fries was good but shitty fries no crispness not like the photos. Gross want a real poutine go to burger revolution downtown. 1000x better.
