I loved this place! This is my second time coming, and we were able to have quite a healthy lunch here. Mia, the owner, is the only staff member. She preps all the food and creates whatever bowl you want! She's extremely efficient and quick. With only her there, you would think one would have to wait a while for food, but I was sitting down with my bowl in less than one minute. It was faster than fast food, legit. Food was exactly what I would expect from a poke place. Fresh. Lots of toppings and protein options. Was a big fan of the wasabi mayo and the mango mochi. The sweet potato as a base was a nice surprise as well.
