I had an extremely disturbing experience at Caravan Kabob House. I ordered a salad and found multiple caterpillars in it — some dead and some still alive. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint. Finding even one insect would have been bad enough, but several? That shows a serious lack of proper washing and food inspection procedures. It completely ruined my appetite and made me seriously question the hygiene standards in the kitchen. Highly disappointed with my experience here. I placed a takeout order for a Tandoori and Kofta Dinner and was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. When I returned after 20 minutes, they hadn't even started making it. They realized their mistake and rushed the order, making me wait another 20 minutes. The real disappointment came when I got home. Every piece of meat was completely burned and tasted heavily like charcoal. I live an hour away, so driving back for a remake wasn't an option.
