I’m honestly beyond disgusted and upset…. I ordered food from the McDonald’s at this location late last night (my order was placed at 2:18am), and I found what appears to be a human nail in my burger. To whoever was on duty preparing food between 1–2am, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. There is no reason something like this should ever end up in someone’s meal. I could have easily swallowed this without noticing, and that’s honestly disgusting, disheartening and overall inhumane. Workam disappointed with the hygiene standards I observed during my visit. Several workers with beards were not wearing beard nets while handling work in an area where proper hygiene should be maintained. I politely asked why they were not using beard nets, and the response I received was simply that they "do not wear them in this workplace." I found this answer concerning, as beard nets are a basic hygiene measure in many workplaces where cleanliness is important. I hope management reviews this issue, reinforces proper hygiene practices, and ensures that all employees follow appropriate safet

Had a really good experience at this McDonald’s. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The fries were crispy, the burger tasted great, and everything was packed neatly. The service was quick and the staff were friendly, which made the visit easy and smooth. The restaurant was clean too, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely come back again.

I hate to be this person but customer service in this location is even way below poor. I stood by the counter waiting to order for over 20 minutes and nobody came to take my order and after being frustrated from standing there mind you there was no queue I had to use one of those self serve /order machine things and my order was out in minutes but my fries were salty and they didn’t even apologize not acknowledge the fact that I was left there for way too long . There has to be somebody in POS every time smh
